LuxuryBetta specializes in live betta fish and accessories. Each fish is unique, and colors, patterns, and sizes may vary slightly from the photos shown on our website.

Orders and Payments

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will always honor the agreed price.

Shipping and Live Arrival Guarantee

• We carefully package all bettas to ensure safe arrival.
• Our Live Arrival Guarantee covers your fish upon delivery. If a betta arrives deceased, we will provide a replacement of equal or greater value.
• Customers must notify us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the unopened shipping bag.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the delicate nature of live bettas, we do not accept returns once the fish has been shipped. Stress from travel makes it unsafe to re-ship them.
Refunds or replacements are only available under our Live Arrival Guarantee policy.

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
• Provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.
