Do you guarantee live arrival of my betta?
Yes! All our shipments include a Live Arrival Guarantee. If your betta does not arrive alive, we will replace it with a similar or higher quality fish at no additional cost.
Do you accept returns on bettas?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on live bettas due to the stress and risk involved in shipping them back. We only guarantee live arrival at the moment of delivery.
Can I choose the exact fish shown in the photo?
Yes, the fish you see in the product photo is the exact betta you will receive, unless otherwise noted as “assorted” or “mystery betta.”
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
How are the bettas shipped?
Each betta is carefully packed in insulated packaging with oxygen and temperature control measures to ensure safe arrival.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Depending on your location, delivery takes 1–3 days with priority or express shipping.
What should I do when my betta arrives?
Acclimate your betta slowly by floating the sealed bag in your tank for 15–20 minutes, then gradually mix small amounts of tank water before releasing it.
What water conditions do bettas need when they arrive?
Bettas thrive in clean, warm water between 76–82°F (24–28°C) with a gentle filter and a pH around 6.5–7.5. When your betta arrives, we recommend acclimating it slowly to your tank water to reduce stress and ensure a smooth transition.
