Live Betta Policy

Because bettas are very delicate and can be easily stressed by shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the fish has been delivered. This ensures the health and safety of all our animals.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee that your betta will arrive alive and healthy.
If your fish arrives deceased or in poor condition, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the fish in the original, unopened shipping bag.

If your claim is approved, we will replace your betta with one of equal or better quality, depending on availability.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Non-Returnable Items

All live bettas (no returns due to stress and shipping risks).

Gift cards.

Digital/downloadable products.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a replacement is required, LuxuryBetta is responsible for the cost of shipping the new fish.
